Mr. Phelan has litigated a broad range of complex commercial lawsuits in the State and Federal courts in Florida in the areas of business tort litigation including intentional interference and RICO actions, lender liability and loan recovery actions, breach of fiduciary duties, commercial transactions, letters of credit, contracts and lease disputes, foreclosures, forfeitures, fraudulent conveyance actions, professional malpractice, construction, replevins from an entire fleet of vehicles to a Boeing 737 aircraft, and other areas of civil litigation. Mr. Phelan also has extensive experience in multiple lines of insurance defense, including health care, life and fidelity.
